customer led growth

Paul Rogers from VantagePoint shared his knowledge in the 3rd of our Seminar Series

Held on Tuesday 8th May, 5.30pm at the BNZ Partners Centre

When was the last time you thought about how your customers perceive your brand, what your brand says about you, if your brand is recognisable?

In a workshop style discussion we covered some general principles about being more customer focused, then looked at some practical things you can do to get closer to your customers.

Paul Rogers, GM of VantagePoint, a specialist Auckland-based research and marketing management consultancy split the room of over 30 individuals into smaller groups and got everyone to think about their brand, where they thought they sat within their market and opened it up to the group to give feedback.  The focus of the evening highlighted VantagePoint’s philosphy, ensuring customers are the centre of attention when guiding businesses to achieve growth.

Anchoring all advice on research ensures the voice of the customer is the central driving force behind a business’s growth aspirations and plans.
