Congratulations to our Winners
On 8 August, the Unison Great Lake Taupō Business Awards Gala brought together almost 300 guests to honour the best of our district’s businesses. Held at the Great Lake Centre, the sold-out black-tie event sparkled with live jazz, dazzling lighting, and a 360° photobooth capturing the fun. Guests enjoyed welcome drinks before a night of celebration, with winners announced across eight categories and the coveted Business of the Year award revealed. Hosted by Will Martin, the youngest man ever to top the UK Classical Charts, we enjoyed inspiring acceptance speeches and the clink of champagne glasses. The evening was a true celebration of innovation, dedication, and community spirit in the Taupō District.
