Thank you to every business that entered the 2025 Unison Great Lake Taupō Business Awards!
We’ve officially closed entries for this year – and what a response! With a record number of submissions, it’s clear that the Taupō business community is thriving, ambitious, and ready to be celebrated.
Over the coming weeks, our independent panel of judges – all from outside the region – will be carefully reviewing and scoring every entry. From here, they’ll determine the finalists who will go forward to the next round of judging, including interviews and site visits.

Join us at the Great Lake Centre Theatre from 5.15pm to celebrate the announcement of this year’s finalists. Entry is free and open to all – come along and support your fellow local businesses!

Friday 8 August
Our glittering Gala Awards Night returns! Finalists will be celebrated in style, and the winners crowned across all categories. Tickets will be on sale soon – keep an eye on our social media and email updates.
